Student Community & Networking Platform

College life has a strange habit of spreading itself across ten different group chats. GEHU Connect is our attempt to put some of it back in one place: people, communities, conversations and campus stuff, in one app.

Stack: React Native + Spring Boot backend, JWT student auth, community spaces.
Media Pipeline: Cloudflare R2 bucket with AWS S3-compatible client for zero-egress media storage.
Current State: In hands of active students at GEHU. Still fixing corner cases, which is the fun part.

We got tired of making the same files by copy-pasting things, running commands manually and checking terminal output over and over. So we are building ForgeFlow: a workflow automation tool that uses Python libraries and AI to turn repetitive steps into something the computer handles on its own.

Right now it is about turning fragmented Forest Rights Act records, evidence and claims into something you can actually trace: where a record came from, what it connects to, and what it supports.

Optical Rendezvous & Validation Experiment Simulation Suite

A research-flavoured detour that started from an ISRO Smart India Hackathon problem in optical tracking and free-space optical communication. I got curious about what happens between light hitting a sensor and a system deciding it has a usable observation, so I ended up writing pieces of the simulation.

  • Sensor/FPA simulation and sub-pixel centroiding algorithms.
  • Observation quality, adaptive filtering and failure reasoning.
  • Gimbal tracking and Monte Carlo runs to see what holds up under noise.

A bit about me

I'm a CS undergrad at Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun. I like the whole arc of building something: the messy first sketch, the ugly prototype, the “why is this breaking at 2am” debugging session, and eventually the moment it clicks and real people start depending on the thing.

Started with curiosity about how software actually works and followed it across mobile apps, web systems, AI, and database internals. I don't pretend to have it all figured out. Getting deeper into systems and understanding what happens under the hood is what keeps me going.

Outside of code, I run the university MUN club as Director General. Organizing a conference and shipping software have more in common than you'd think: tight deadlines, moving parts, and something always breaks five minutes before the important thing.

Currently Building

GEHU Connect (alpha with active university students) and ForgeFlow workflow automation. Plus whatever sparked curiosity this week.

Currently Learning

Backend depth, database internals, and systems fundamentals: the concepts that explain why things choke at scale.
